As the summer comes to a close and we say goodbye to that hot weather, summer holidays, and schedule free days, some of us begin to feel a sense of unease wash over them. What we like to refer to as September Scaries or September anxiety is actually more common than you think.
For some, this is the start of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and for others that "back to school" feeling September brings has them feeling a bit on edge.
In this episode, we chat about some simple ways to shoo away those September Scaries and get back to loving the cooler weather, cozy sweaters, and fall colours that are just around the corner.
