Recently described in viral New York Times article called “There’s a Name for the Blah You’re Feeling: It’s Called Languishing” by Adam Grant, languishing is a term that has been described as the absence of well-being. You’re not depressed, but you’re not thriving either. You’re somewhere in the middle - experiencing a dullness of motivation and focus in your daily life.
